Embodying Your Sovereign Frequency As Creator Consciousness

You’re not a human trying to access Creator Consciousness. You ARE Creator Consciousness, Here Now, in human form.
This isn’t a concept to understand. It’s truth to embody.
Your Sovereign Frequency is the unique, individualised expression of your Soul Truth and I AM consciousness. This isn’t something you develop or earn. It’s something you remember. And when you TRULY remember it, not just intellectually, your entire relationship between yourself and your reality shifts. The field stops being something that happens to you, and instead is something you consciously create.
Here’s how I see it.
We are all One. One vast, golden field of consciousness, of Creator energy. And when we incarnate, we create these unique, individualised expressions as spikes of frequency and consciousness that emerge from the Unified field. Meaning we are simultaneously all that IS, whilst also being eight billion unique versions of Creator Consciousness in human form, each experiencing the reality we’ve chosen, mostly subconsciously.
Why? Because we, as the Creator, wanted to know itself. We came here, with free will, to understand who we are when we’re given that power and to learn how to wield and create with it responsibly. To animate unique versions of ourselves. To experience, to project, and to create.
Which means anything you project outward - fear, lack, guilt, blame - just reflects back an aspect of yourself that hasn’t yet been reclaimed into unity. Not as judgment, but as information, and an invitation to remember who you truly are.
Connecting To Your Creator Consciousness
Think of yourself as being currently ‘logged in’ as your human self in physical form, but you have the choice to log out whenever you like. Similar to being logged into a specific user on a computer, and then logging out at the end of the session.
For example, I’m currently logged in as Lisa, but every morning I intentionally log out and into Creator Consciousness, and all that IS. So into unconditional love, unity, peace, freedom, abundance, sovereignty, and joy. I tune into those frequencies fully, and then I consciously choose to funnel them back into my chosen human form. Into Lisa. Into the specific version of Lisa I’m choosing to experience Here, Now.
Because here’s what most people don’t realise: there are infinite versions of you already created. Every expression, possibility, level of embodiment all exists Here, Now. So you’re not working towards a new version of yourself, you’re choosing which one to embody and bring to life instead.
That shift in understanding changes everything.
When you consciously select the version of you that’s leading at the level you know is yours - the one with the aligned business, the clean relationships, the full expression - and you begin to move AS Her, without waiting for the external world to confirm it, that’s when the field starts responding to you. Not the other way around.

Energy always precedes form. Always.
Your external reality is a mirror of your past thoughts, words, choices, and actions. Not a definition of who you are now. So when you let the outer world tell you who you are, you keep recreating that version of yourself on repeat. But when you consciously choose to create from your Sovereign Frequency instead, the field catches up. Which it must by law.
This is why we get stuck. Not because we lack ability or awareness, but because we keep letting the reflection dictate who we believe we are. We see what’s outside us and say “This is who I am”. But you are the Creator of that field, not the result, and therefore “This is who I AM” is what you must remember.
The moment you truly reclaim that, everything becomes a conscious choice. Every thought. Every word. Every decision. Every action. And as you bring that intentionality into your life, your reality begins to match it.
Creating in Service of a New Unified World
This isn’t just personal work. It affects both the physical world and our collective field.
You’re here on a Soul mission to remember that you ARE Creator Consciousness, and to use that power consciously, to co-create a New Unified World. A world where your inner field is unified first, so unconditional love, unity, peace, freedom, abundance, and joy aren’t just concepts you aspire to, but frequencies you broadcast as you move through your day, life, and business. Impacting all those you came here to impact.
This isn’t small. This is the Soul mission. Especially now, when there is so much designed to hijack your Sovereign Frequency and pull your attention into reaction, fear, and separation.
But the correct response isn’t to ignore it. The response is to go inward and activate your Sovereign Frequency. To remember who you are. To send love to the victims AND the perpetrators, to everything and all. Because at the level of Creator Consciousness, there is no separation, there is no division, there is no judgment. There is only the invitation to remember that we are ONE.
This is who we truly are, and what we came here to remember.
